The Owner of Pronto Bookkeeping was aware we are a start up company, and she knew what our 1099’s TOTALED for 2023. Most bankers can tell you whether you qualify for a loan, depending on the amount of the loan and what your INCOME was for the previous year was. (We were unaware of this at the time, but trusted Pronto Bookkeeping to help us.) We told her we were applying for a loan to expand our business. Our gross sales would have quickly told her if we would qualify for the loan. Instead, she chose to 1) make us WAIT for her business to 2) generate a tax return so she could charge us for services that took over a month and we didn't need, since the tax return did nothing to help us with the loan. BEWARE!

The attention got by Imelda and her staff has far exceeded my expectations. They are the absolute best in knowledge, capacity and taking care of their customer base. Pronto is indeed Pronto on their services but in the best way possible. I wouldnt do my taxes and accounting needs anywhere else.
