Aweful, honestly i went to them because of the good reviews, told them i needed bookkeeping and reports monthly, they assured me but after 2 months of pestering them i finally gave up without a single monthly report. The problem is that they refused to let my manager come and take my documents back she she stood calling texting and knocking on the door a while before giving up. The worst part that really concerned me was when ana asked me to put my bank password into her computer as her read only access as not working. I told her i forgot it but i was super concerned about how a bookkeeper can ask the owners to log into their computer...Not accusing anyone but that was weird. In Response to your comment dear, you do not remember correctly, you were given all the materials and i personally came and helped you complete your pending item on the report and when I left you were supposed to send me my reports at the end of the day, that was a month ago. You have not responded to my texts or my calls or my managers text or calls and even though you know that she was outside knocking on the office door to get our documents back you still have not responded as of yet. Please return my documents to any of my offices by noon tomorrow or I will start pasting my text messages that keep asking about reports without any answers. I should not be running after the bookkeeper. If at this point it is not clear...you are fired.

Worse Bookepper service Ana is unresponsive and didn’t have a formal education on Bookkeeping she lacks knowledge on financials and reconciliations, I had to ask my CPA to train her but she didn’t attend the training and stoped responding. I do not recommend her at all. Unprofessional.
