I reached out to the Hotel Solutions team needing strategic guidance and support for a growing portfolio of hotels. I came out of our initial meeting equipped with a much better understanding of the accounting process for hotels and the value of hotel specific accounting software. Though we have not formally signed up with Hotel Solutions, we have taken advantage of the excellent training materials and resources they provide, both through their website and on youtube. Katie was also kind enough to jump on a call with our accountant and provided invaluable guidance to help us chart the best path forward for our organization. If an accounting need arises in the future Hotel Solutions will be my first call as a trusted industry partner.

When our Company Controller gave notice, we started looking at other / better ways to organize our company and keep things going forward. As a small Hotel Management company, one of the greatest advantages of partnering with Hotel Solutions is not having to worry about having all our expertise in one person's and having solid backup. We've been very happy with how quickly Hotel Solutions has been able to get up to speed with our operation. They know so much and are able to quickly adopt to every situation, make recommendations and changes to our system, etc.

We are about 7 months in working with Hotel Solutions. We had historically handled all of our own hotel accounting but had experienced both a growing hotel portfolio and shrinking accounting team. We decided to partner with Hotel Solutions as a way forward. We are very glad we did – HS offers strong procedures and protocols, great communication, training aids and terrific documentation and attention to detail. Everyone we’ve interacted with is knowledgeable, very professional yet friendly and approachable. Although we don’t yet have year-end experience with HS, we expect they will provide solid, clear support for our outside tax prep team. We highly recommend the Hotel Solutions team!

Hotel Solutions took over most of our accounting duties with help from the hotel admin team on the island in The Bahamas. Our Dallas corporate office now reviews financials, which has allowed us to better manage the operations. Hotel Solutions has been great to work with. No issues at all and our transition was easy and smooth. Personally, I don’t think they charge enough for their service. It is invaluable to our operations.

We switched to Hotel Solutions because our prior accountant was not providing us with the service we needed. Hotel Solutions was able to quickly get our books up to date and has been very attentive to our needs. The staff is clearly very knowledgeable and has helped us implement a process that has made our accounting team more organized and efficient. I would recommend Hotel Solutions because the people there are great to work with, they answer questions quickly and go further by providing very effective training videos to help us understand what we need to know. Hotel Solutions has exceeded our expectations, I would not hesitate to recommend them to any hotel in need of accounting services.

We highly recommend Hotel Solutions Professional Services. We were struggling with a new hotel and learning a new hospitality accounting system. We originally hired a professional services with the software but soon learned we made a big mistake. Hotel Solutions has great people, keeps us on task, and keeps on top of our staff to delivery timely financial reports each period. We especially love some of the short video tutorials Hotel Solutions has created. I am most impressed that the sales pitch Hotel Solutions gave us has come to fruition AND we still have a relationship with our sales rep (shout out to Katie Paolino)! It's been my experience with software sales that as soon as you ink the deal, the sales team disappears. We've been super impressed and thankful for our relationship with Hotel Solutions.

We love what we do - yes, it is hotel accounting! Most people are not excited about the subject of hotel accounting BUT we are passionate about it. #MakeAccountingGreatAgain We do not sound like your "average accountant". We already know most hotel teams are usually not happy to hear from their accountant. Our goal is always to be a helper, support, and guide when questions come up.
