It received solid service, and my taxes were done very professionally. For that, I am grateful. There was poor coordination, however, with appointments close to tax day, resulting in me wasting my time. I appreciate the apologies for the confusion, but excuses aren't acceptable. Take responsibility for messing up.

I recently posted a negative review about the Jackson Hewitt in Cedar Park, Texas because of a bad experience I had with them a couple days ago. Since then, the owner contacted me directly, apologized for the miscommunication on their part and personally fixed the issue. I had my taxes prepared by her, the owner, today and I am very satisfied with the way she remedied the situation. Everyone makes mistakes now and then and I deeply appreciate her for taking ownership of the problem and fixing it in a very satisfactory way.

I definitely recommend this location. Debbie is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She catches things other companies may miss, and she takes the time to research an issue if needed. She can review your previous years’ returns, too, and catch errors if there were any!
