I have called several times and no one has picked up the phone, Is this business still open? How come there is no website?

I had an experience back in 2019 where he allegedly didn’t have all the info needed to do my taxes that landed me with the IRS saying I owe them 3k. I left a bad review. He then said take it down and I’ll do the amendment for free. Then he went back on his word. After paying Arun for a tax amendment he magically had the information needed to file. He then harassed my email about leaving a positive review. I told him I won’t be leaving a review until the IRS responds with an update. Well whatever he did, didn’t work. And when I reached out asking for guidance, he ghosted me. Pretty sure his reviews are fake. Just saw a review with a very similar situation. Pretty sure what he’s doing is illegal. Do not trust this man.

This was my first time using Arun at Mago Tax Service. I had a friend refer me and I am so thankful they did. I have always used a major company to help get my taxes done since I have a business. He was more thorough than the other company who just clicked and checked the boxes on their standard program. Arun helped me save so much money!
