Never ever use these people!!!!! RUN EUN RUN!!!!! They are both rude, not professional and incompetent! They submitted my return and put social security numbers wrong, then told me it was my fault, that I must have changed my name on my social because it wasnt accepted. I have had the same name all if my life. I went back over the copy of my return and found their mistake. They just laughed about it. The old lady Sherri called me on the phone and yelled at me telling me she didnt have time to add all of my receipts, and she charged extra to do that!!! I thought that was your job!!! And it was only 6 receipts!!!! And I would have paid extra!!!! But I had to rewrite it and take it to her. She would not allow me to do it in the office because in her words, "we are not wearing these masks that long." I wear a mask at work 9 hours a day, 10 min would not have killed her. These people are horrible RUN RUN RUN!!!
