She added a $1200 penalty fee for cap gains tax, which was 100% unnecessary if she had checked. I just recieved a refund check from the IRS just now for the overage. If you work part time or are a kid who works at McDonald's go here, you got nothing to lose but anything more complicated you'd be smart to find someone else. Lesson learned!

I was struggling to locate a notary public for an urgent matter but the notary was unavailable in other locations.
