During an extremely difficult transition in my life, as I was walking into unknown territory, Brandy and her team helped me navigate through the difficulty of not only changing needed information but in preparing my taxes for the past two years. The customer service was very professional. I could count on getting a response to my questions or concerns within the business day, many times from Brandy herself. Hired COR to put my company’s books in order. They did phenomenal work so I had them also file our taxes 2024. They are now our preferred tax and bookeeping service! I definitely recommend them.

My husband and I have been trying to get into contact with Cor for almost 2 months. We paid them to do our personal taxes and the taxes of my husbands business. It does not appear they were filed and the IRS has no record of it. We are now responsible for financial penalties that Cor should pay. We have yet to receive an answer from them despite calling and emailing daily. This is unprofessional and deeply concerning. We are at a loss for what we are supposed to do to get help or at least get the service we PAID for.

This company feels like a total scam. I paid them $250 to get all of my books set up and my taxes filed, and two months later they had done absolutely nothing to help me. They only opened a Quickbooks account that they charged me for, but had not important any of my information into the account. I can see from the audit log that they didn't even bother to log in to try to get anything set up. They kept giving me the run around and were not prepared to help file my taxes during the time scheduled to file them. They wanted to pawn me off to someone else. I fired them as my bookkeepers over two weeks ago and have not heard back from someone about it. They are terrible at communicating and I don't recommend them at all.

I was happy with my tax preparation last year, although it was expensive. I lost my copy of the return this year due to technical issues where I lost the documents. I have now been trying for over a week to receive them from COR. The first few days (I called on a Monday) Sam answered my calls and assured me they were on it and I would have the files by the end of business by the 3rd day I had reached out. Day 4,5, and now into a new week they will not answer my calls nor return my email. All I am asking for is a simple document upload so I can file my current years return. Honestly, I feel like I paid thousands last year for my returns only for them to cold shoulder me this year when I asked for my documents. Perhaps they are upset I'm not using them this year? Either way, a simple request has gone ignored and made me feel like they took my money last year and are fine with ignoring me now.

I have been a client with COR Bookkeeping for several years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The level of service is not like you’ll find very often these days. They truly care about their clients and go out of their way to make sure they are happy and keep the lines of communication open. They have grown quite a bit in the last few years and as with most companies that do this, you’ll find that the quality of service is compromised. Not even a question with COR. It all starts at the top with a company and Brandy Garza is one of the best humans you will find, which is why she and her company are so successful and her team is so wonderful. Her knowledge and her work ethic are unmatched and I am LUCKY to be her client. There aren’t very many companies whose client can say that. I would give 10 stars if I could.
