Hanh Nguyen prepared my taxes for 2020. I was notified by The Oklahamo Tax Commission that my taxes had been done incorrectly. On April 27, 2021, I contacted Ms. Nguyen about the mistake. She blamed it on new software that she used that year. It was her job to check what the software prints out which she failed to do and there was no assistant in correcting the error. Ms. Nguyen has only offered a credit on my tax preparation for 2021 which is unacceptable. A cash refund is required.

Excellent Service! Oliver was quick in processing my return and his rate was fair- actually better than most of the other tax preparers. I found his services online because I needed help with my taxes to ensure that I am able to maximize my return. Oliver came to the rescue and I am very pleased with my return.
