I have been working with Dan and his group for about 15 years when I started my real estate (rentals, buying, selling) and I have always received excellent service. Being a busy physician, I know the value of time and having my book-keeping and tax preparation done by this company has saved me a lot of time and headache. Everything is always done right without having to send reminders. All documents are filed on time and bringing me peace of mind. I have since expanded into the laundromat business (with employees to manage) and Dan (AllTax) has been able to tie everything together for me seamlessly, including my primary job and the real estate business, plus the management of my payroll software. I have been extremely pleased with the quality and value of the services I regularly receive from Dan Tran and his AllTax, LLC team. I've worked with Dan for the last 9+ years. He not only helps me, my wife and my business with our taxes but educating us on how to better administer and success in business. If any company should get a negative rating. This is it. You can read other negative reviews and make up your mind. Mr. Dan Tran is deceptive to the least, he has no clue what he is talking about. He emails in the middle of the night and then does not acknowledge anything. He is running a business which is completely unprofessional and has no idea of things. I submitted all my documents in a timely manner and he failed to file my taxes in a timely manner. He then blamed me for not providing him documents which I had proof. Then he admitted his mistake and then again delayed filing for taxes. It was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever received bar none.

This CPA firm did book keeping and all CPA services for my businesses! His service was great in my personal opinion; until three years later, I found out that was not the case through a another tax professional. We have never complaint about fees nor ask him not to charge; but he did complaint about working for free on several occasion with smart remarks. He also not aware that we have another company and claimed that we withheld information. Shouldn't the balance sheet be balanced? Guess not that's why he doesn't know. Way to go sir!
