Miss Nancy is the bestttt! So patient and understanding, answers all questions in a timely and efficient manner to where you understand it to process it! All staff members are welcoming and knowledgeable! Shout out to Robert my tax preparer who always returns calls with great news! Thank you all! I live in Michigan btw, I didn’t have to travel to prepare my taxes! They made it easy for me to sign everything via email! A million percent recommend!!! Thank you all at United Pro Tax! It says it in the name!
