The service we received was okay but didn't go above and beyond. The process was quick, but we paid nearly $500 for our personal taxes and were told we would receive a specific refund amount. However, we later received a letter from the state indicating the calculations submitted were incorrect and we would not be receiving that amount. What disappointed us the most was the lack of response when we tried to contact them via email about this issue. Initially, our communications were prompt, but they failed to reply to our concerns after the refund issue arose. We would have appreciated more transparency, especially since we asked beforehand if they were familiar with filing state taxes. Overall, while the service was efficient, the inaccuracies and poor follow-up left us disappointed. We expected better communication and accuracy for the price we paid. It’s disappointing that I had to post a review to hear back from you.
