They completely screwed up my taxes. I was supposed to get $800. Well I got nothing at all and they are never there to talk to and fix there incompetent mistakes. I shouldn't owe them anything and will never use there services again.

Raven was sweet,understanding, and pro. I tried downloading umpteen different softwares to do my 2022 taxes in 2024 and NONE of them worked! She had me in and out in 20 minutes. This was 4/13/24, so you know how busy tax places are. I usually just do my own, but they are worth the $ and ill be back next year

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! ASK ANYONE LOCAL! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! VERY crappy tax place. Been going here for 6 years. Constant problems. They over charge for filing taxes... The new tax preper did my taxes in 15 minutes wouldn't go over anything with me and they keep hanging up on me when I try and get the supervisor on the phone. THEY ARE VERY RUDE!

Rebecca was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had my wife and I in and out in about 30 minutes. Will be having my taxes done here again next year.

This was a very good place, patience was given and we felt comfortable. As well as the fact that everything was explained very well and we were helped with some problems that we had as well in terms of tax and the such. Over all, a great experience and will surely come back here again when doing our taxes! Ms. Julie did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable on what she was doing!
