They filed my business taxes and filed extensions for both business and personal taxes with zero issues. I emailed and asked if they could file my personal taxes which is now due for me 04/18. Which they responded with “ We will not be able to complete your 2022 personal return for you. While we have had your personal documents ready to pick up at our office for some time now.” I didn’t need any of the personal documents as they were all sent via email and available on their website.
