Jason did my taxes a few weeks ago. He entered my address incorrectly and it has pushed getting my Virginia state taxes back by 2 months. Yes I got a letter asking for address and other identity verification. Contacted the District Management about the issue, that did no good. I got nothing but blown off and excuses from her. She wasn't going to compensate me or anything for the negligence caused by her staff of filing official government tax forms. It just goes to show that they need more training. Jason did correct the address after I complained. How do they submit wrong information when they have all the information given to them between your license or ID card and your tax forms. Since talking to the district manager, I have received my federal taxes. But still cant get access to them due to not receiving my permit Serve American Express card yet because of the incorrect address information submitted. ⭐ Word to the wise, stay away from this location. ⭐
