No one answers the phone!! I was forces use an automated system that gave me the same information I already knew. My return has been delayed and the IRS knows how important my return is to me. The letter I got saying it had been delayed said the IRS has until 5-18-24. It is now 5-20-24. They are late and I can get NO answers. Frustrating!!!!

No one answers the phone! It is an endless voicemail with options you don’t need! Our tax dollars pay these cronies! Get off your duffs and take calls! Maddening! Keep saying refund delayed-bunch of crooks!

IRS is a waste can’t even I’ve my tax return (an online one by the way) back in three weeks further more hiding beind the automated services is a cowardice that America doesn’t deserve give me a real person. Taxation is theft.
