A plethora of mistakes followed by a lack of follow up or follow through on promises has caused this review. Bragg forgot to file our TN FAE and cost us $1,300. They overcharged on work that was not requested for nearly $5k. They did not file our annual report for our LLC, costing money and putting us in bad standing. Overall terrible experience. Young had multiple chances to rectify this and chose not to. Bummed.
