I left a message for them to call me back they never called me back and I understand that there is a fee for a consultation but $75 just to ask them a simple question it seems ridiculous.

If you want to find a cpa that will try to get you as much money back or to break even and not owe anything for your taxes stay away from this business. The front desk woman, Amy is extremely rude, made mistakes and when questioned to understand what happened got defensive, dismissive and said it was my job to look into what I can deduct for my business, and that I should have looked up rules and the difference for offering services and retail items ( sorry, isn’t that their job and why you hire a cpa 🤷‍♀️). I am opening up a new business and when I called them to ask a few questions, they wouldn’t even answer them and told me I had to make an appointment which wasn’t until 3 months out for availability. I also wasn’t made aware of the deadline and because of that when I sent in my info to file ( which was only 2 days past deadline) they said that they filed and extension which is an additional $100. When I asked Amy since I wasn’t aware of the cut off date they had internally if they could make an exception, she said no that they were backed up by 6 weeks in their office. Overall the worst experience that lacks professionalism, responsiveness, experience and respect. I found a new cpa that was able to meet up right away, made it so I owed nothing for last years taxes and actually got me several $100 back for 2021 and after going back to the last two years Henley did my taxes an additional several hundred has been refunded to me due to Henley’s mistakes with my previous Tax returns done through them.
