Maybe they’re ok for businesses but terrible with simple tax preparation. Bill was extremely high and did not even have them file as they did not properly prepare the documents for maximum deductions, etc. Something that should have taken 5 hours took 2 months and they did not notify us of the outcome until the day before the April 18 deadline. Save yourself some time and money and use TurboTax. I paid the bill but feel as though we were completely ripped off. Awful experience.

They helped us out with an audit. Then when we went back to informally speak with the lady that helped us on a separate matter she charged us for every minute without telling us she was charging us, we did not sign anything, there was not even an invoice- just a bill 4months later.
