This is the most unprofessional company in Chattanooga. They held a personal tax return for over a year and then had to file an extension. This was held from a family member with small children over $5k and did not have a justified explanation and kept giving excuses when asked about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

So I spoke with Mr Honey today and I have to say this was the most unprofessional encounter I think I've ever had. This guy literally said he was unwilling to work with me because I said that he was not being nice after he belittled my knowledge on the subject at hand. What I did say is that I felt as though he was not being neutral, which is his job. Definitely suggest you take your business elsewhere if you expect any respect and or professionalism.
