I sold a business that was held as a sole proprietorship during 2019. Elaine was able to navigate the complex process of preparing a Form 1040 wherein a sizeable portion of income was reported as capital gain. She was able to explain the various tax issues and answered every question I had. Elaine works independently; yet brings a wealth of tax knowledge to the table.
