They let someone steal my information including my social security number, birth date, and bank account information. I've never even worked with these people so I don't even know why they had that information. I will be contacting a lawyer.

Inaccurate invoices, refusing payments, charging unlawful interest. Not what you want in an accounting firm. Save yourself the headache and use ChatGPT, Quickbooks, or a random 3rd grader.
