I have had the opportunity to join some of the webinars offered by Alternative HR. The webinars have helpful content that is easy to understand and will be a valuable resource for hiring future employees and also, helping to deal with complicated or unusual situations that might occur within the office environment. Keegan is a true delight :) She has been so kind, patient and has gone above and beyond to help with any registration needs and other questions I have asked. I highly recommend Alternative HR. We have been working with Alternative HR for the last 4+ years. Our relationship with them began when we purchased a facility in IL and needed HR expertise in another states jurisdiction. While helping us navigate that they also helped to update Employee Handbooks and build relationships with staff in the IL office so that we could work cohesively together in understanding the needs of all employees. Alternative HR has always been very professional and very responsive to any of our HR needs. They are extremely flexible with schedules and have a very large knowledge base.
