10 stars! I Always look forward to my appointment with Lucas Ashland he’s so friendly and makes everything very easy to understand. He saves us so much stress and we will keep him for as long as we can. The front desk is always very warm & accommodating also. I recommend this place to everyone.

I've been using them for two years and honestly, I've never been met with kinder service anywhere. I regularly work with four different staff members for business and personal taxes and accounting. Shockingly cheap for how much they do for me. I have a lot of anxiety around making everything right with my taxes and they have made me feel welcome to call or come in any time with questions. Someone even offered to mail my daughters letter to Santa this year! Every single person I've worked with here has been so genuinely kind and helpful. I wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else with my taxes or my accounting for the business. They understand taxes are confusing and stressful and genuinely take the worry out of tax season, which for me is year round 😄 And the price is just so low for how much I rely on them for. No better tax business in Rapid City.

I have been going to Cheri DeLong with Don's Tax Service for a couple of years. She is THE BEST! She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything about your taxes, and gives awesome advice on how to be set up for success the following tax season. She is so personable and sincere. You can see her passion in her work. If you're looking for someone to trust with your tax information, Cheri is the one to see!

We were new clients, 5 mistakes were made, tax return still not received after 14 weeks, no communication when I asked questions, and return will be less then what I have documented from the accountant. Still waiting for our return. My biggest concern is how we were treated through the process. We have very basic taxes 🙄. Paid way too much for this service and they were not concerned at all.

Amazing customer service. They knew I was from 2 1/2 hours away, night shift worker and did everything possible to get me an appointment that same day. The most AWESOME staff, very knowledgeable and willing do that extra for their clients. Thank you and I'm so happy to be back with Jackson Hewitt!
