It's my Consecutive third year of using Express Extension. I'm very satisfied with their support and service. They have a very user-friendly online portal. Always the chats were answered immediately.Will definitely suggest for the business and individuals who need to file the tax extension forms

I would post no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They charge you even if they cannot file the type of extension themselves and you have to file a paper return. Even when contacted about the matter they will not refund and state they charge for you to have to paper file yourself!

Unprofessional service. They processed/ transmitted my extension even though they know that it will be rejected so they can make an extra $15. They should not allow extensions' transmission that is passed the filing date. I've never seen a company threatening a customer if he disputes the charge with his credit card company then he will be prevented from using the service again,.... seriously!.....what a scammers

I had problems with the website after hours and submitted my extension twice. Was charged twice. When I called for a refund they said that was not thier problem and they did not refund me. I now have NO extension filed and have paid for 2 tax extensions. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.
