Wonderful experience. Today I needed to fill out and send a form that is due next week, and Gary was able to schedule me for todays afternoon. He was very helpful and patient with me, answered all my questions and explained me what needs to be done and charged me very fairly. I am very happy with his service and definitely will be back next year to do my taxes there. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Accutrol Tax Service. My husband and I left H and R Block after 15 years because their prices got so ridiculously high. Accutrol had us in and out within 45 minutes. We paid less than half of what H & R charged us. Plus the staff is very friendly. We will be returning!

Just called for a question (30 seconds ago) the woman who answered the phone answered the phone very nasty stating Im not answering any questions today unless youre my client! What she doesnt know is she lost out on not 1 but 5 possible clients. I called H&R Block, got my question answered with no problem! By the way, I just called back and once I asked her for her name, she started to apologize. Her name was Linda, very nasty attitude.

Gary whoever this employee is who answered the phone was extremely rude and not willingly to listen to anything i had to say. HE essentially said I have been doing it for 30 years you havent. I tried to explain the last 4 years of filing taxes i havent owed once, but he know it all. have phone with this dweeb! Negative Professionalism

After years of not knowing why I owed taxes, I stopped using big company’s & was recommended Accutrol! I was stressing about getting my taxes done & waited until the last minute, they took us in with no problem & explained a lot of questions we had. I was in & out within 30 minutes! I will continue to use this company & will definitely be recommending them to friends & family!
