I wanted to wait and see how our experience with our new bookkeeper went before I posted anything about R&D but as I expected the experience was much better. I feel as though we wasted alot of time and money with this business and were taken advantage of with our limited knowledge of QB. Even our tax preparer said that the mismanagement of numbers was "dangerous ". We would not recommend this business.

R&D have been my bookkeepers for several years for my business. They take such a load off my mind! Always efficient, on top of things, willing to help us with QuickBooks questions, handling insurance, and handling all those terrifying government forms. Rochelle and her team are great. I have been working with her on and off for the past 9 years. I experienced great one on one Quickbooks help. I was recently using a desk top version of QB and was switching to online version. Rochelle was great at guiding me thru t;he process. She is patient and a pleasure. And she knows how to clean up my files!!!
