I dropped off documents so they could file taxes for my deceased mother. I never heard back. I called them and they told me they would call back. They never called back. When I tried to call them again the number was disconnected. MAJOR FRAUD ALERT. I have filed complaints with the BBB and SC State AG. AVOID THIS FRAUD BUSINESS!!!!!

I spoke to Aaron and he was suppose to send me paperwork. He never did. This was three and a half weeks ago. I called a few times and never got a call back. I also spoke with the front desk manager and was told I would hear back. I never got a call back. Even since last week, when I call, it states that the phone number is disconnected. This company is a sham or Aaron is doing a lot of shady things that the company does not know about. Horrible customer care.

I've read so many great reviews from people dealing with Stephen Camp, I had to try their office. How do I get to deal with Stephen Camp? Because I got the opposite of Stephen Camp. I've had to deal with Aaron Berson and Vonn Balcita, who have all but disappeared after an initial phone call and meeting to get some estate taxes filed. These two guys have elevated the art of ghosting and evasion. I approached them in July 2023 and they said they'd be glad to prepare an estate tax return. It's October 2023, and still, no taxes filed. Last communication from either of them was two weeks ago. We had to use another phone number to call to get them to answer us. BTW, What is their affiliation with Stephen Camp CPA, LLC? They have fortuitously inherited Mr. Camp's referrals via glowing internet reviews, despite their inability to handle a tax filing for an estate with one revenue source. Talk about pissing on someone's legacy. Wow. The closing of my father's estate has been completely halted by guys who claim to be too busy, SIX MONTHS AFTER THE TAX FILING DEADLINE. The search for a reputable CPA in Mount Pleasant, SC continues after much lost time.

Stephen was a great help for my individual taxes! Stephen is friendly, responds quickly, is professional, and gets the job done right. We had multiple variables in our filings for the year, and he was able to decipher all of them without issue. His online portal makes document transfers a breeze, and I never felt any concerns throughout the entire process. We'll definitely be using him again next year!
