My taxes were done efficiently, accurately and with great dollar value. I also had questions after all the taxes were completed and filed concerning future tax guidance and MFG gave me excellent advisement. I cannot recommend them enough; I hope others will use their services and witness the positive experience I've had over the past three years.

Wow! What a stress-free way to get your tax needs met. MFG does a fantastic job of taking care of every detail. I turned in my "stack of important documents" and Rita was so skilled at making sure she had every "i" dotted and every "t" crossed. I felt so calm knowing my taxes were going to be done right. Of course, I waited until the last minute to get my taxes done, but you'd never know a deadline was coming. Rita was always so professional and gave me the time I needed to understand everything.

I would definitely not recommend this tax service company. They made a substantial error on my taxes last year. I had started to have them look at my taxes for this year, when I received a letter from the IRS that there was an error on my filing from MFG last year and I owed quite a bit more taxes. I took this letter in to them and there response was 'well mistakes happen" and "you would have to had paid that anyway". They wrote me a check for the interest accrued for the amount owed, but that was it. Then, I asked if they would consider waiving their fee for doing my taxes for this year due to last years error. The response again was "you would have to have paid that amount anyway". So, no we will not waive our processing fee for this year. Yes, I would have had to pay that amount, but that would have been last year, not this year. I am already having to pay taxes this year and the amount I paid to the IRS for their error last year was not a small amount. Mistakes do happen, but if you want to keep your customers you need to treat your customers better if you want keep their business.

What a great place to have your taxes prepared! These are extremely nice and professional people. I will never go anywhere else. Dont waste your money at H&R l, Hewitt Jackson, Liberty or any other place( 1/3 the price)
