GHOSTED US - We did business with her in the past before a change in her situation ended the work. We were pleased back then. Came back to her to do business again just recently. After our initial consultation call in which she was encouraging, she never got back to us. We tried both emailing (an address that had worked just days earlier) and then calling. I understand if we're not a good match; that's fine. She should have just said so. Now I've wasted a lot of time waiting and trying to give her the benefit of the doubt when I should have been spending that time finding a different provider.

An accountant who cares! TLDR Highlights: Down to earth, explains until you understand, available to answer questions, patient, truly cares about her clients, helps you make the right decisions, files your taxes quickly. I came to Shirley near the end of 2022 for help setting up my businesses properly as I didn’t want to miss anything. She sent me a list of all the proper paperwork my businesses needed to run and answered any questions I had about it. Ultimately I also chose to have her do our personal taxes as well. She continues to do my bookkeeping year round as well as our personal taxes. Shirley is also extremely patient with my 1 year old daughter!
