Overall - a terrible experience. We had them keep our books for about 3 years and they were constantly behind with reporting and just stopped communicating with us in general. We switched CPAs and it took the new firm over 10 months to clean up the books and fix the mistakes that Spara was responsible for. We also had significant issues with our tax return. All of this combined with the utter lack of communication lead me to write this review.
