Matt agreed to help me out with some complex book keeping. We were in crunch time and definitely didn't have our books in order - we were up front about this at the start. Anything Matt requested, we provided within a few days, including bank log ins, access to our business state accounts, etc. Matt went silent for about a month. When I reached out, he said he was still working on our books. Then silence again, this time for two months. At this point, I assumed Matt had dropped our books. We filed a tax extension and had to find another accountant to complete it. I've never been contacted by Matt again. It was honestly shocking. I'm not sure where the break down was as everything seemed cordial and smooth - until it suddenly wasn't, and it fell on us to hurry and fix.

I want to start this off by saying that calling Matt was one of the best decisions I have made for my business. He is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. My favorite thing about Matt is, he usually always picks up the phone, and if not he is quick with a call back. A perfect example of this is one time after a long day of work, I needed something done so I gave Matt a call… I didn’t realize that it was 8:00 at night and I also didn’t remember that it was a Sunday. Matt picked the phone right up and was happy to help me. You don’t get service like that anywhere else!
