AVOID! Attempted to help take over business returns for me. Very poor communication, explanation, and follow-up. Customer service was very poor. This was a BNI referral and one I regret pursuing. Also VERY expensive for the level of service received. Would not recommend them.

I would not recommend these people to file ANYONE’S taxes. 1st: They filed an extension after we turned our taxes in 6 weeks before they were due. Our taxes literally sat on a desk for those 6 weeks. This happened with multiple people I know that used them. I personally know 5 other people that said they would not be using Robinson & Grant again. 2nd: We wrote a substantial check to the IRS for what we “supposedly” owed. Once the IRS cashed our check; Robinson & Grant had us sign papers saying we overpaid. 6 months later we received a bill from the IRS saying we still owed another $4,600+ on top of what we had already paid. Robinson & Grant refused to take liability for this major mistake. All we wanted was for them to say, “they messed up”. But instead they wanted to give us a Tax lesson and show us why we still owed. It all would have been peachy if they wouldn’t have made us feel like it was our fault after they were the ones that said we originally overpaid, which was obviously not the case. I believe this is a very fair review.
