I have received amazing service and communication with this Buisness till today or should I say since the last 4 months. I Sent in my taxes February and haven’t heard since. I called in May, 3 months later, asking how they are doing and of course this years taxes are priority which I understood, but was told mine were getting started. A month later which is June as of now I called and Patty tells me they are printed but not started. I express my frustration that Emily the one I was corresponding with said they were in process, and it’s been months with no questions or requests of anything they will need to finish them. Patty then gives me an attitude saying she can’t do anything about it. I have never talked to a Business that had no understanding in the world and gave me an attitude the way she did. It must of been one of those bad days for someone but leave that at home and be a at work and just own up that it’s their bad and she will get it done for me with a great attitude. But anyways the conversation went nowhere with her continuous smart remarks and questions of information needed now. I will take my Buisness to a professional one, and won’t be recommending this place to anyone ever again. Be professional, be kind, and understanding. Don’t be a patty!
