West Small Business has always gone above and beyond for both of my businesses and for me personally. Everyone in the office is very helpful and the owner, Pam West, is very hands on and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for an accountant for your business or personal, I highly recommend West Small Business for all tax purposes.

I can't say enough about West Small Business. They have helped me with everything from opening my very first business, where I had no idea what I was doing, to adding a second and third location. Everyone from Pam to the front office staff is friendly and helpful!

I have been so pleased with this firm. I have been blown away by their customer service, professionalism and patience as I transition from another firm. They have been so knowledgeable and accommodating to me. The amount of time that Pam has taken with me to truly explain the laws, guidelines and procedures has been beyond any of my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone for tax needs as well as bookkeeping and payroll services.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! West small business is by far the best! They have the most friendly of staff and are always so personable. We don’t look at them as associates of ours, but as family! They are just that great of people.

Pam West and her associates are very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and accurate when it comes to bookkeeping. We are very impressed by the quality of work we received from her firm. Also, we are going to have her firm take care of the company's taxes and payroll as well. They are always on time and make us feel at ease with our finances. Thanks. Elite Truck Boxes, LLC
