We had a very informative 10 minute chat; providing answers that I did not receive anywhere else. There was no pressure to setup an in-office meeting or to in anyway become a client. I am so happy to be working with Keith Clark on a family member's semi-complex affairs. As an attorney, I've encountered a lot of accountants, but it's rare to get the combination of extremely high quality services, rapid response, expert analysis and being easy to deal with that I've found here! Keith was personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. During our introduction call, Keith walked through and priced out my individual income tax return. We had a fall tax planning session to prep for year end. When I provided the final documents, Keith prepared the return within the week and was available for questions. Great experience!

Hesitant to post this review but I want to warn others since we were so optimistic about working with them due to all the positive reviews. I would give zero stars if I could. After taking us on as a client, I reached out in March to ask for help filing an extension on our taxes. I got no response for a week and then a snarky response about me not understanding how taxes work and then I tried to call in April to schedule a time to speak and got an email response saying he closed our account and assumed we found someone else… despite never checking in or even informing us of this “assumption” and the fact that he is dropping us. Not sure how the reviews are so positive because every experience I had with Keith Clark was extremely negative and unprofessional.

Can’t give enough compliments and praise for the prompt, proessional, patient, and courteous service provided by Clark Silva at every level of engagement. Having dealt in the past with national “tax specialty” organizations where you are bounced around and referred to others in the process, my experience was totally efficient and timely. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, you won’t find better service from any organization.

Honest and helpful! I had an informational call with Keith to see if their tax preparation services were a good fit for my needs, and he was very honest in saying that it seemed my tax situation was pretty straightforward and therefore I could probably find a tax preparer or even use an online service to complete my taxes at a lower out-of-pocket cost. Really appreciated him being so honest, showing he really has the best interest of his clients in mind. I spoke with several CPAs, and he was the only to give advice like this.
