Manages rental property in Mystic, CT. - Less than honest business practices. - Will respond promptly if it benefits the company. Expect to have certain questions ignored. - Won’t disclose hidden fees/expenses until taken out of deposit (e.g. billed for new glassware that you didn’t use or take). - You can expect to be billed for previous tenant damages if not known prior to your move in (e.g. repair to headboard of bed which was damaged when moved in). Advise you take extensive pictures prior to move in and upon leaving. - Will not provide landlord reference due to conflict of interest. - Will respond to situations that could damage property (e.g. plumbing leaks, roof leaks, etc.) - Will not respond to tenant annoyance such as insect infestation. - Would not recommend. Zero stars in yelp.
