Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Riverside Tax & Accounting Services. In December 2023, I requested a remote appointment with Jessica about my tax situation, which went smoothly. Jessica reassured me that she would block out the following morning in her calendar to perform the necessary tax estimates, and would get back to me by the end of the following day. Not only did that not happen, but she also has not been responsive to emails or phone calls for 3 weeks. The one time I’ve managed to talk to someone at the office, they assured me that Jessica would get back to me by the end of the day, which again did not happen. I can understand being unexpectedly busy or dealing with unforeseen issues. However, the lack of communication and repeated failures to follow through are unacceptable in a business context, especially concerning something as delicate and important as someone’s tax situation. Given these issues, I am unable to recommend Riverside Tax & Accounting Services to other people seeking tax help.

We've been with Jessica through some major life transitions (getting married, buying a home, having children, starting a business) and she's consistently and patiently navigated us with our taxes smoothly year after year. I recommend Jessica for any of your tax and accounting needs. She has been flexible, patient, and super informational. I know I can trust any of her advice when it comes to these complicated and confusing subjects. With her guidance taxes does not have to be a headache, but a quick 1 hour meeting and the task can be crossed off your list!

Responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. Use online document sharing and Paypal to facilitate easy transfer of documents/payments. Made filing an easy and even enjoyable(!) process.
