I called and the receptionist sounded clueless. I shared what I was needing and was told I would get a call back and never got one. Wont be using their services.

Holy $#!+ Ill never do my own taxes again. They made it so easy. I almost paid just as much to do them myself online last year.

This is an update to the previous post I made. I am happy to report that Cotton Mather was diligent in working through my issue and I have used them for the past two years in filing my tax returns. After several years of working with a firm that always had to file an extension because their lack of capacity, it is refreshing to work with a firm that turns around your return expeditiously.

I've never been happier or have felt more taken care of by another CPA / firm. Chrissy and Lisa are sincerely wonderful to work with. They've gone above and beyond to help me with my business. I consider them trusted partners in what I do and they are true experts in their field. Thankful to have found them :)
