Mark is excellent. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Yes I know taxes are not normally in the "fun" category but this place makes it an enjoyable process. Amazing experience! Mark not only completed my federal return and multiple state returns to maximize my refund, but he went back several years and found that I had overpaid and was able to get me additional money back!
