I would warn anyone about Maria Torres, and Bernardo Rosado. She actively assisted her husband in fraud, deceit, and dishonesty in a contractual matter, for which they were found guilty of the Pennsylvania unfair trade practices and consumer protection laws, and fined over 20,000 USD. Be careful. Last place to seek honest advice.
