I hired Crystal from Links and Associates to manage my small business’s bookkeeping and taxes, as I was overwhelmed with handling them myself. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. For two consecutive months, there was no progress on my records, taxes, or bookkeeping. I eventually had to find a new accountant, who discovered that Crystal's errors had led to overdue sales tax filings and penalties. I cannot recommend Links and Associates due to their lack of reliability and attention to detail.
