Lost an entire 285$ payment that I have bank statements showing I paid my full balance… they have record of my second payment but not my first but when I went the second payment I was told that the full balance was paid, months later receiving hundreds in late fees for the first payment being missing. How could they possibly have lost this record? I just don’t understand. They literally couldn’t tell me if my per capita was different than my local income tax bill and if they were together and I had to call my county about it.
