Extremely poor service at Scranton for 2 consecutive years. I have gotten my 2022 tax report audited and I got higher return. I was charged 200$ for tax filing 2022 and I filed 2023 tax return and I got 2x the return at 180$ from H&R. The tax consultants do not know what they’re doing. This is for J1 visa users. Extremely and profoundly disappointed with the services provided. I will make sure no one goes through my reference to them again, I also referred 3 people to them last year never got a bonus. They owe me 200 for filing my taxes wrong plus the amount I paid for my auditing plus the money I never got for my references.
