Documents for filing taxes were delivered to office on march 3 with a pick up time of 2 weeks. The office promised to have them done within that time frame. The accountant said they were easy and it would only take a few hours to complete. As of March 27, taxes are still not done. And there is no estimation as to when they will be done, yet they still want paid over $500 for their unprofessional service. Several calls with little response or no call back. Suggest never coming here to all my associates— nor voting for them because they are NOT the Beat in central pa but the worst in my opinion.
