The services at Hicklin Enterprises was amazing. The person that serviced me was professional and very friendly. He also gave me an explanation for what I was getting back and why. He also gave me some suggestions for new year.

Reynaldo has been doing my taxes for years and is always there to answer any questions or provide any guidance I need. So easy to work with and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a tax account to handle all of their filing needs.

I prepared this year with Isaac and last year with Juan. Both preparers were quick and efficient and maximized my refunds. I wouldnt go anywhere else. 2/12/21- prepared with Isaac again. He took care of my tax needs with no issues.

I’ve been using family tax services for the last two years and I’ll never go back to one of those cookie cutter tax places( H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt etc..). Reynaldo usually works on my taxes and always does an amazing job! He is always available if you have questions and maintains a high level of professionalism that the “other places” lack. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The gentleman took out about $600 from my taxes. He said he charged $200 & the rest my bank took out. So the amount he told me I was getting back, was what he already took out.. I went on the irs website and had $600+ from what he initially said. Same with my partner. Do not recommend.
