I drove over an hour and half for my 10am appointment with Doug that was made over a month ago. There was no receptionist so after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby without anyone acknowledging me, I called the main number to see what was going on. A rude man picked up and was very nasty asking why I called from the lobby. I have never met him before. I later found out he's the owner's son Dan. Finally 10 minutes later, Dan came and to the lobby and I asked him why he was rude to me on the phone. I explained that I had other appointments scheduled for my kids after the appointment. He started shouting at me in front of other customers asking me to leave. I asked if Doug was there to prepare my taxes and Dan kept yelling at me to leave. As I was leaving, he made a racial slur and the man with red hair next to him was laughing. If you're a minority, please stay away from this racist establishment. They lack professionalism and I'm sure there are other minority owned businesses in the area who will gladly take our money.

Elines tax service provides excellent service. Have used them for a few years and always have courteous and professional assistance. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend

Agent Garrett helped my sister and I fill out our taxes and he was SOOO helpful and professional. I felt completely comfortable that he knew what he was doing and that he was doing it well. I will be coming here until the end of time.

Been using these guys for years, always nice and friendly. Never had an issue. I would definitely recommend their services.
