Avoid at All Costs – Horrible Experience with Personal and Business Taxes If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this tax professional was the worst Ive ever had. From start to finish, it was clear that he had no idea what he was doing. He couldnt even use Excel properly—I had to guide him through his own job, despite paying him to handle my taxes. When I handed over my data, I had even color-coded everything, like you would for a child, to make it as simple as possible. Yet, when I reviewed my taxes, nothing was done correctly. It took him **eight months** to fix his mistakes. All he knows how to do is plug numbers into forms. He doesnt look out for the best interests of his customers at all, and his lack of knowledge is glaring. Frankly, Im not even sure if he has a license, but if he does, it should be revoked. This man has no business doing taxes. If you decide to use their services, be prepared to overpay, have a miserable experience, and still end up with a mess. If he does your taxes and you dont meticulously verify everything, you risk being audited by the IRS—good luck with that! He never gives a straight answer, constantly talks in circles because he clearly doesnt know what hes talking about. And to top it off, his services arent cheap. If youre going to charge people a premium, at least do the job right. I never leave reviews, but this experience left me extremely frustrated. I will also be submitting this review to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) ​​to warn others. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. If I could give this place a negative start rating to take away from their False "5" star rating I would. John is very unprofessional, incompetent and VERY unreliable. Over all, he does not know how to work with his customers that pay him. As far as being lazy and RUDE, definitely get your money's worthy elsewhere.
