Their website says that they do consulting and tax planning but when I called and asked for help with my business taxes Lisa just tried to rush me off the phone. I asked if she can recommend anyone else who can help and she said “no, I’m going to end this call now”. I thought it was really rude. They were referred to me by the small business development center at LCC. For the life of me I can’t figure out how they stay in business if this is how they talk to other local business owners
