I have been working with Allison and her team for about a year and a half now and I am very satisfied with their services. When I first called Allison to inquire about small business bookkeeping, I had explained to her that my situation was a complete mess. Thankfully, she was very kind and took me in as a new client without hesitation. I did not have any bookkeeping services done before, so they had a lot of work ahead of them. AAB worked from the ground up to get my business finances organized and got the last 4 years of my tax filing squared away. They are a group of reliable, communicative and professional individuals and I am looking forward to continue working with them in the future. I want to emphasize the reliability of All About Businesses, because from my personal experience, they have always shown great responsiveness and they truly care about their clients. I was given a price for setting up my books on QuickBooks online. I was told the type of plan that I should purchase. It turned out that the plan that I was told to purchase could not do the things I need it to. 3 months after paying their fee I still do not have the completed work and now they want 50% more than their initial price. When I complained about how long it was taking and the 50% over price that they were requesting I was told that the budget was tight (it was their budget, I had no input in their quote). As of now I have nothing to show for the money I have paid.

Avoid this business as they truly are unethical. When I first called, the owner Allison was super nice, wanting to help us, and now, she screwed us over just 5 days before our 1099s are due. We hired her under specific terms and slowly, she started sending me bills for things we never agreed on. If you want to talk to their CPA (random guy that she hires to help her) then you have to pay for every single question. Before she had even started my account she also asked me to vouch for her as a reference. Why would I do that when I have never even worked with you? And, where are all of your other clients to do that? Clearly, she either has none OR she screwed them all over too. We had to also remind them of important dates, despite them being the ones responsible for it. Long story short- they will leave you with more problems than they are worth.

They have been wonderful for my business! We are a newer business and our previous taxes folks only buried us with more problems. We were so fortunate to come across A.A.B.! I have nothing but great things to say about Allison and her team at All About Business. She is incredibly knowledgeable, replies quickly to emails, and as a fellow entrepreneur, understands what it takes to run your own business! More specifically, Allison helped me set up my business's books and provided me with a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Reports. I brought Allison 2008-2020 banking, A/R and A/P along with taxes for these years and she had to build my books in order to file taxes. Allison and her team have been with me for over a year, we are on to keeping me current as well as doing monthly projects, All About Businesses is my preferred company for Bookkeeping and Taxes!
